Just a great big Happy Thanksgiving to everyone who reads. Today, I'm frying four turkeys, two Cajun and two Italian. If you have never had fried turkey you are missing the absolute best turkey in the world.

Fried Turkey is where it's at...Anything less - is not even worthy to be placed upon the Thanksgiving table.
