Over the past week I have added to the Journey Inside a list of six leadership laws for our staff and volunteer leaders.
Below are the links to each laws with a statement of how someone you lead will feel with you leading from that law.
1 - Pacesetter = I love following who you are.
2 - Visionary = I'm consistently excited about what I do.
3 - Director = I understand what I need to do to succeed.
4 - Recruiter = I feel personally assisted.
5 - Coach = I am becoming a better player on a better team.
6 - Friend = I feel cared for by God and others as I do what I am called to.
