Mad Church Disease

Need your help for a friend of mine. Anne is writing a book called Mad Church Disease and is currently in a research and development stage.

She is trying to get as many church staff, staff spouses, and volunteers to participate in the survey. Research on ministry burnout has been done, but nothing lately and nothing to this extent.

The goal is to get at least 5000 survey participants.
