Kudos to Perry

I have to say that I think Marko and YS's response to the Virginia Tech Tragedy was only just good. It was kind of the right thing to say. Adequate...very P.C. P.C. was probably not the correct term I was looking for there. This should be a week where it should challenge the church to 1) change their approaches and 2) really try to reach this next generation.

It was uninspiring to me. Don't know about anyone else.

But I really have to admit that Perry Noble's response was awesome. It is the best response. Hands down.

That is how you lay it down. You go Perry.

wow, so sorry to hear that you feel that way, jason. this blindsided me: when we share from our heart something that we hope will minister to youth workers and the students they serve, it's hard to hear our motives questioned, and our message called uninspired and p.c.

Sorry Marko...just didn't get the warm little fuzzies...nothing about your motives you guys put out what "should" be said, but as a youth "worker" it just didn't do it for me.

hmm. seems a big difference to me between "not feeling warm little fuzzies" and bothering to post that our attempt to minister to others was p.c. and uninspiring.

i'll let it go.
