One book I'm reading right now is Now, Discover Your Strengths. I have put this on my list of books that every pastor or ministry leader should read.I'm about half-way through and took my strengths finder test. I have to admit...it pretty much nailed it.

This is going to be some useful information for me as with a better understanding of my strengths I can explain to my wife all the faults in me. LOL...J/K honey.
