Often we become blind to how we as a church present ourselves to guests. This video is a great parable with the thought "What If Starbucks Marketed Like The Church?"

love the website churchmarketingsucks.com. with that said, i'm hesitant of just surrendering to treating the church just as another business that has a "product" to push. there is definitely something powerful about organic church growth. incidentally, when churches grow organically and relationally, there is something that businesses can learn from them. however, i get what you (and the video) are saying and do agree to an extent.
