Does anyone know of any Bi-Vocational Campus Pastors whose campus is really going great? I would love to get in touch with them to find out some of the things they are doing. How they manage work and pastoring? What they are doing team wise for growth?
Any help in this area would be extremely helpful to me????

I think you mean dual jobs not dual languages... right?
I don't know of many dual job pastors... but it would be great to have more. I think the internet would offer that as a real option now if someone wanted to do that.
Yes...I am talking about dual job pastors...
Pastors who work one job for their main salary and then still pastor their church.
