Some projects I want to work or focus on:
1) Leadership Pipeline for Church - I think our campus can really set the pace in developing leaders. It is one of my passions and I really feel I can create a system that is workable and manageable to select and develop leaders.
2) Making Difference Makers Podcast - I think I may start out with a once or twice a month and go from there. I really enjoyed doing this when we created it in one of my past youth ministries. We did over 35 podcasts with a talk show on each one. It was fun and I actually enjoyed it.
